When Parcom was established in the early 90's in the computer distribution and general trade industry, our goal was to provide our customers with the best possible service that meets or exceeds their expectations. And it's not just service either. It is our commitment to a prosperous and long term business relationship with each and every customer.   When our current President took over the family business he was determined to turn Parcom into the an industry leader!

Because Parcom takes care of customers through honesty and integrity, we will tell customers "like it is" whenever questions arise.  We do not play games, or use sales tactics to win anyone's business.   In fact, our business thrives on only referrals!   We take care of customers, and many customers take care of us by referring friends and family to us.  Parcom does not do any mainstream advertising at all, in fact we do not need to.    Our success is definitely related to our clients success this way!  Getting a straight answer from a company like ours is not for everyone - if, however, it is right for you, then you're shopping at the right place!   Our team is not afraid to tell you the truth or even tell you an honest no answer to questions.   There are many more expensive providers that will give you the royal treatment but may lack true customer care in the long run!    As a Parcom client you are part of our extended family here.  Again, no games are played here.  

Parcom plans to be here for as long as customers want our services.  We have been in this business for a very long time and we have seen so many of our fine competitors close their businesses due to the intense competition.  In fact we see a lot of "copy cat" companies out there, but as one of our fine clients said, "you may copy the web site, but you'll never copy the people and family behind Parcom."     Parcom has a 20 year business plan, and for the past 11 we have been right on target.  And with so much scandal with regards to some large companies, some of which are hosting companies, we feel that staying a successful family run business is not only the right thing for our company, but we feel we can better service YOU as our customer.  If you are hosting elsewhere today, ask them how far does their business plan take them?   Does it take them at least past 20 months?   Well, that's good!  But how about 20 years?   It is not just the technology behind this unbelievable business plan, but the family values and customer service plans that allow us to excel.   Not to mention, we're right on target with our plans too.

Parcom is extremely proud of the network we built up.   We pride ourselves on the attention to detail we have for our systems.   We custom build every fiber line and every network cable to the highest standards.   Everything is neat and tidy too.    Even though customers will rarely ever see our network, rest assured it isn't a rats nest like a great number of the hosting companies we've seen!    Pride in our network is essential the success of the company because anyone can build a network, but not everyone will build it right.

Parcom is housed in downtown Seattle's Westin Building, which is the most heavily wired building in the northwest part of the United States.   Being this close to the biggest providers in the world is our way of assuring our customers that we are here for the long haul.

Where is the main Parcom data center?  Right here:  http://www.westinbuilding.com  We will not specifically say exactly where in the building for security reasons, and we chose not to be listed as a tenant like many other customers in this very secure facility.   However, rest assured we are in this building and so are many major players in the internet business. 

Parcom's main head quarters is in Renton which is just minutes from everything, including our data center facility.
