At Parcom each new client isn't just another customer.   Each new client is part of our extended family.   We encourage our customers to be part of our community through the different community options.   From online forums to customer mailing lists, we hope to provide our customers a wide selection of alternative ways to learn from one another.

Forums - The Parcom forums area allows new and existing customers to learn from one another.   This forums are moderated by both Parcom staff and volunteers.  You will be required to create a user name and password to post on the forum. To access the forum is easy, just go to: http://community.parcom.net/forum   You must be a customer to use this forum.  E-mail and domain information must be within our records or your account will not be allowed on the system.   This is for security reasons.   Please allow one business day for us to validate your new forum account.

Important note: Parcom also uses the forum for all network updates.   We highly suggest being a member of the forum and at least subscribe to the network update area for up to date information about the Parcom network.
