1) Please do not configure your mail clients such as Outlook to poll our mail servers every second of every hour of the day.  Please kindly use a much higher setting as every second is truly not necessary.  We believe in running a good honest community here at Parcom.   It helps assure everyone has a fast mail server as this is true of any mail server on the Internet today.  Contact us for recommendations.

2) This is mainly for the technical customer using outside redirect services:  Per our contract with each of you, customers are not allowed to use third party DNS or pointer services to our network.  If you do, you void all support 100%.   We respect your desire to be in control over your domain but please respect our desire to keep our support standardized and fair for all customers that do follow our policies.  Our systems are finely tuned (especially for anti-spam reasons) to check DNS settings for all Parcom clients.
