We have been very fortunate at Parcom and we have been through a lot in over 12 years of serving our great customers.   This terrible economy has affected many of our customers and we felt it was important for us to figure out a way to help in our own little way.   Some of our customers are not so fortunate and we have seen some small business owners downsize to the point they may have to end their e-commerce side of their web sites.

If you wish to donate and "pay it forward" to help a client in need, please feel free to contact sales at any time for details.   Or, you can just do it now, add some funds in your account via the control panel and contact us and we'll update this page with that generous gift.

For those who are in need, please do not hesitate to contact us in sales too.   If you wish to remain anonymous for either someone who is in need or wants to donate to the cause, feel free to let us know.  There are no strings other than when you can, just pay it forward through this program or something else.

Parcom will match funds as best we can at the end of each quarter.

Donations can be money or perhaps free services or products too. 

What's the catch if I need some help?

None.   We want you to use it.  Pay it forward when you are able to.  Or pay it back and we'll pass it on to someone else someday.  That's it!    We hope folks in need will return the gesture so as to help keep this process going.   Otherwise the cycle may die.

Why?

Well, the answer is why not?    We wanted to do something rather than see some of our longest term clients give up their business sites or see some non-profits struggle all because they cannot pay for hosting.    Perhaps getting them through a few more months may help!  It is just the right thing to do.  That's why.

Contact Us - feel free to contact us if you are in need or wish to donate for someone who needs help keeping their businesses going.    We are more than happy to talk to non-profits, churches, and schools that host with Parcom too.   Just let us know!

Confidential and Respect

To keep this in the Parcom community we prefer this to be for existing Parcom customers only.  No names will be shared unless you want us to!   We'll gladly share who donated or any thank you letters from those in need too.   These are trying times, but this is our tiny way of helping out.

Do not hesitate to ask us if you do need a little boost to help your small business or non-profit company for a little while.  We want to help those in need because we believe in small businesses and non-profit companies!
