What if I cancel my account?

Does Parcom accept credit cards?  How about checks?

Yes!  Visit the KB article called: Payment Methods Accepted   We also accept checks, however, accounts are processed after payment is received.

Are there any setup fees for new hosting accounts?

Some packages may have a modest setup fee.   These fees are non-refundable.  But, many of our packages do not have a setup fee at all!   In terms of extra features or add-ons, there may be a small fee to accommodate custom work our team does for you.

Do we accept wire transfers for payment?

Yes. There is a fee of $25 that our bank charges that we pass on to you as the customer for each transaction.   All you have to do is sign up for your account but select wire transfer as your method of payment.    We'll send you the total amount due plus our banking information to complete the wire transfer.

Does Parcom accept PayPal?

Yes.  Parcom accepts payment via PayPal.   If you wish to setup a new PayPal account through Parcom you can do so during the web hosting sign up process.

Can I add additional funds in my control panel account?
 

Absolutely!  Many people do this for convenience and control reasons.  If you prefer not to use the automatic recurring billing option, you can add any amount to your account to maintain a nice balance for yourself.  We suggest increments of $5 to keep things simple. The system will automatically use that balance for any payments due or it can be used for purchasing add-ons in the future.  This gives you full control over your account at Parcom!

So go ahead, add $5, $50, or $500 into your account!

Renewing your hosting account

Please follow the instructions in your payment due notice.   If you did not receive one please contact billing and specify your domain name.  If you have a control panel based account please login to make a payment there.   If you wish to switch to the new plans visit the switch plan instruction page.

If you do not know if your hosting account is control panel based or not please contact billing and be sure to specify your domain name.
