Requirements for the tool:

• Parcom's Windows 2003 Control Panel Based Hosting Service.  The service must have web site services.

• A site owner who wants to manage their own site design.

• A PC with an up to date web browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc.).

• Current version of java from java.com.

• At least a 56k modem connection.  High speed broadband connection recommended but not necessary.
