At Parcom, we offer a convenient way to pay ahead of time as well as gain some Parcom credits at the same time!   This helps our high volume resellers not worry about the monthly transactions as they always maintain a balance for their system.   In addition to the convenience, we also provide a nice credit for you to utilize towards additional services.

* Parcom gives you non-refundable credits towards your account to use for Parcom services within your reseller system only.  It is a non-transferable credit.

Example:

If you decide to place $500 towards your account ahead of time, Parcom will give you $25.00 of Parcom non-refundable credit that you can use.  

Instructions:

1. Login to your control panel

2. Go to the billing section and select "Make a Payment"

3. Follow the process and enter the amount you wish to pre-pay.

4. Our billing department will see your payment and give you your non-refundable Parcom credit on your account that you can use for your reseller account.
