* Default for all accounts is 5 MB. This is PER account, not your accounts combined.   Additional space for higher levels are done by request only.   The default is 5 MB for all customers.   Optional: Customers can purchase additional space per account (see options page for details)   More space can be useful for large attachments or for customers who do not check mail frequently.
** These services are e-commerce ready and have increased performance (the higher the level the more performance gained).   Customers at these levels are also set with higher memory and isolated processing settings for added stability.  Ability to handle more simultaneous users is also added.    
*** Every customer gets web based e-mail.  If you wish to customize this interface you will need a Basic level or higher account.
**** Parcom uses PHPMYADMIN for configuring MySQL databases.   There is a nominal setup fee for each database created.

Standard Performance = Typically acceptable for 90% of the web sites in use today.   For higher demanding sites (high number of visitors of over 15 users per second, or higher scripting memory requirements) Parcom recommends the high performance level services for best results.   We do not recommend sites that require dedicated server services to utilize shared hosting.

  1. All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.

  2. There is a 30 Day money back guarantee with all new accounts!   If you are not satisfied with your service, and it is within 30 days, you will receive a full refund.

  3. Billing is done in cycles of 3 months, 6 months or 12 months.    One month free for prepaying one year!   (Not applicable to Domain forwarding, SSL, or private label services.)

  4. Parcom does not offer discounts other than in item 3 above.   We do not provide customized services that are different from the web hosting services listed above.   All standard NT web services are packages and are not negotiable.

  5. Checks have to be drawn from a U.S. bank.  Parcom does not accept checks drawn from international banks.

  6. There are no fees to transfer existing domains to Parcom
